What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you wish to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your treatment time. You will receive a full refund for the session you have booked.

Cancellation on the day of your appointment will result in only 50% of your treatment cost being refunded.

To avoid, unnecessary late-cancellation costs, it is often possible to book a treatment the day before if you are sure you can attend. We try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate clients.
