Aromatherapy is a complementary, holistic therapy which uses the natural, therapeutic properties of plant essential oils to treat a wide range of physical, mental and emotional conditions from muscular complaints to skin conditions to insomnia, anxiety and stress. Aromatherapy can be administered through body massage, inhalation or essential oil-blend products applied to the skin.
HOLISTIC MASSAGE
Massage is the optimum way of giving an aromatherapy treatment as it allows the essential oils to absorb through the skin and through inhalation, and work on the body as a whole - mind, body and spirit. Massage can be adapted to suit clients' individual needs and requirements. A full, initial consultation is provided at your first treatment.
